Terms & Cancellation Policy

Scope
These terms apply to all coaching, consulting, and creative strategy sessions provided by Jza Abbas, Bonn, Germany.

Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked via the online scheduling system.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
A booking becomes binding once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so via your booking confirmation link up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your session, please contact hello@jzaabbas.com.
Because a limited number of sessions are offered, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Late Arrival / No-Show
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
If you do not attend your session and no prior notice is given, the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.

Nature of Services
All services provided are coaching and consulting services.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Liability
The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the sessions.
