I grew up in Lahore, Pakistan. My family had very little. I moved to Germany alone at 23, with no language, no network, and no safety net. I lived in a rooftop room, commuted 50 kilometers to university, worked two jobs, and at one point had 20 euros to my name. I didn't have a strategy. I had a version of myself that refused to disappear.

Over the next 13 years, I built a career that most people wouldn't believe started there. I've led marketing teams, managed multimillion-euro budgets, run agile transformations, published research for the European Commission and JPMorgan Chase Foundation, built and run my own business, and earned certifications in Scrum, coaching, and breathwork. I've worked with startups, Fortune 500 clients, and international institutions across Europe.

But the thing that actually got me through wasn't on any resume. It was learning to sit with fear and keep moving. Learning when to push and when to rest. Building the capacity to feel pain without being destroyed by it. Ten years of meditation practice and a deep commitment to inner work gave me something no degree could–the ability to trust myself when everything else was uncertain.
